The Manfrotto Variable Friction Arm w/ RC2 Plate is an articulated arm with a large locking knob that adjusts variable friction and locking for all joints. One end works perfectly with a Super Clamp while the other has a camera mount with a socket and 200PL-14 rapid connect plate. The combination facilitates attaching a spotting scope to the railing in a safari vehicle.
